Janae Wright was so easy to work with, she flew into our hospital and after a quick tour to orient herself she jumped right in with local policies and procedures.  She made all staff members very comfortable when discussing how they fit into caring for patients.  Janae identified discrepancies with some of the policies, offered suggestions and advised leadership on how to work priorities.  The hospital opened on time, with a staff that had very little experience prepping for an accreditation inspection, Janae eased their anxiety and set them on a course for success.
